That is such great looking game and I love the CRT shader. I have a question, I am a part of team called PortMaster, which is a non-commercial project that aims to bring modern games to Linux handhelds. CRAWLSPACE runs quite well here and plays very well. I would like to ask if you would consider allowing us to include the game on our PortMaster website? If not I will just direct people here to grab the game here.
Yeah, same here, although I only played once ;-) But I usually get a feel for things. It looks beautiful and the crispy sounds work a charm. But, somehow, it goes to fast and is too cryptic. Although, arguably, after some practice you might recognize stuff faster.
But, all in all, it's a really well executed and original take on the genre!
That would definitely help and maybe add some tutorial assignments so you can get used to all the mechanics. For instance on how to avoid an enemy in combination with those one-way direction flipping nodes.

Android Version! Android Version!
This is a game any programmer would adore!!!!!!!!
Thanks! :)
What about an android version?
Eventually, maybe :)
amazing sounds effects and art style ! But I find it hard to identify each purpose of the cases though I did the tutorial
Thanks! Do you remember which ones were hard to identify? There are 2 that appear in later levels that aren't covered by the tutorial for brevity.
Love the theme and aesthetic but just can't get into the gameplay

I'm working on a new tutorial that's a lot more direct, just a straight line showcasing one new gameplay element at a time.

What did you find off-putting? too fast, too difficult, something else?
I got stuck two separate times, the area would generate with no valid places to move to after descending
Thanks! Did it happen in the browser or in one of the downloadables?
Browser
TY!
I'm having the same problem, but on the downloaded ver.
Same. It seems to happen about half the time I change levels.
